Effective Use of Props in Yoga: Take your yoga practice to a deeper level through the use of props. May 21st (10 am - noon)

This workshop will focus on how props can be used to help open the body and help create better alignment and stability in each posture. You'll learn many different ways that yoga straps, blocks, blankets, chairs, and walls can be used to help improve positioning and to deepen your practice of various postures in ways that are not possible without props. In addition to the hands-on practice and information presented at the workshop, you will receive additional materials to support the continued use of props in your home practice.

Restorative Yoga: Find your sense of complete peace with this transformative restorative yoga practice. May 21st (noon - 2 pm)
