This workshop will focus on how props can be used to help open the body and help create better alignment
and stability in each posture. You'll learn many different ways that yoga straps, blocks, blankets, chairs,
and walls can be used to help improve positioning and to deepen your practice of various postures in ways
that are not possible without props. In addition to the hands-on practice and information presented at
the workshop, you will receive additional materials to support the continued use of props in your home
This workshop is designed for all levels of yoga practitioners.

She specializes in organizing retreats, workshops, and events around the world, with over seven years experience practicing yoga.
