Our online program is a great way to begin your journey in becoming a successful yoga teacher. While the online course does not fulfil the requirements for the 200 hour certification, it is recognized by Yoga Alliance as fulfilling non-contact hours towards certification.

RYT 200 Program
Through our in-person program, you will earn your 200 hour certification and gain experience and confidence in your ability to effectively teach yoga to others.
RYT 300/500 Program
Take your yoga teaching to new levels by earning your 300/500 hour certification. Through this program, you'll learn how to develop workshops, retreats and training programs for other yoga teachers.
Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training
We offer both an Online Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Program and a more in-depth In-Person Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Program.
Our online program offers a certificate of completion, as well as continuing education credits for current yoga teachers.
Completing both the online and in-person programs fulfills the requirements for the Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) distinction with Yoga Alliance.
Online Prenatal Program
Our program focuses on developing your ability to provide pregnant women with a fun, effective and safe yoga class throughout every stage of their pregnancy.
In-Person Prenatal Yoga Program
If you want to complete the more advanced Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher distinction with Yoga Alliance, additional in-person training is required.
Kids Yoga Teacher Training
Our in-person program is suited for current yoga teachers who want to earn their full Registered Children's Yoga Teacher distinction with Yoga Alliance.
If earning this more advanced certification with Yoga Alliance is not what you need at this time, please check out our online program.
Please note, that the online program provides continuing education credit with Yoga Alliance, and provides credit towards the in-person program.

In-Person Kids Yoga Program
Earn your yoga alliance Registered Children's Yoga Teacher Certification, as you learn how to plan yoga practices for kids that fit their developmental stages and keep them interested and having fun.

Additional Workshops and Classes.
We also offer a variety of in-person and online workshops and yoga classes. Our workshops are designed for both yoga students and teachers, and many provide continuing education hours for teachers. In addition to workshops, you can take regular classes online. Practice yoga with Nancy and other teachers from the comfort of home through these fully interactive online yoga classes given in real time.
